Rainer Nonnengaesser

Managing Director

Biography

Rainer is currently Managing Director at omniLiv. He has over ten years of experience in continental European PBSA and micro-living. In his previous role as Senior Managing Director at Amro Partners, Rainer was responsible for the Sponsor’s PBSA business in new European student housing markets, including Germany, the Netherlands, and Austria. Before that, as Executive Chairman and CEO of International Campus Group, he steered IC Group to a sector-leading position with approximately 8,000 PBSA beds across various markets.

Florian Huettl

Managing Director

Biography

With 25 years of industry experience, Florian has extensive expertise in project development, planning, construction and management. After graduating, Florian worked for two renowned general contractors and gained valuable experience as a manager in the areas of construction, calculation and project management. He then successfully worked as a managing director in project development and project management. Florian is considered an expert in the field of micro living, developing innovative living concepts with a high standard of efficiency and sustainability.

omniLiv is targeting the top seven cities in Germany focusing on prime locations. We are tackling new build opportunities and conversions of offices and hotels.
omniLiv is prioritizing a minimum project size of and above 7,000 sqm gross floor area.
